Result provenance

Before you sign a report, you should be able to answer "where did this number come from?".

An envelope per result

Each solve produces an envelope: the solver and its build, a hash of the result payload, the benchmark digest it was validated against, and the full input set. Re-running the envelope reproduces the number; changing the envelope changes the hash, so silent drift is visible.
